Hi, I’m Amanda
I started Yoga Break Nashville to bring yoga and mindfulness to more workplaces around music city. I have been practicing yoga for ten years, and I earned my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2021 at the Yandara Institute.
I used to work in an office, sitting at a desk all day, every day. That’s when I realized how critical my yoga practice was in keeping me mentally and physically healthy. I aim to teach yoga in a way that inspires self-love, self-awareness, and connection to others.
